1. Order production time

The order production time is about 12-19 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number*.

2. Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping usually arrive within 10–24 business days after being dispatched. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or unforeseen postal delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.

4. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for further information on applicable fees before placing an order.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that certain delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery once the package is handed over to the carrier.

6. Order Tracking

A tracking number* will be provided once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your tracking number.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at  with your order number and tracking details, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

up to 0.2 kg - $12;

0.2 - 0.499 kg - 22 $;

0.5-0.999 kg - 28 $;

1.000-1.999 kg - $34;

2.000-2.999 kg - 45 $;

3.000-3.999 kg - 55 $;

4.000-4.999 kg - $65.

For Australia and Oceania, delivery costs are 35% higher

Pay Pal  - 3 % comission

Western Union -  the entire commission is paid by the sender when sending the transfer

Credit Card -  7 % comission

Money Gram - the entire commission is paid by the sender when sending the transfer

Payoneer - 7 % comission

From 08/26/2025, the tax on orders from the USA is 10% (for the convenience of US residents, this tax is paid upon shipment, not upon receipt, as in all other countries of the world) and will be added after placing the order. The shipping cost is 15% higher than the base cost, it will also be recalculated in the order.
