🛒 Order Placement and Payment

How to Place an Order

  1. Choose a Product
    Go to the desired category and open the product you want to purchase.
  1. Select a Size (required)
    On the product page:
  • find the “Size” field (where available)
  • select the appropriate option

❗ Without selecting a size, the product cannot be added to the cart

  1. Select Quantity
  1. Click “Add to Cart”
  • the product will be added to your cart
  • you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout
  1. Go to Your Cart
  • click the cart icon (at the top of the website)
  • check:
    • size
    • quantity
    • price
  1. Click “Checkout”
  1. Enter Shipping Address
  1. Choose Delivery Method
  1. Choose Payment Method
  1. Confirm Your Order
  • click the “Confirm Order” button

💳 Payment Information

After confirming your order, no payment is charged automatically.
Your order is first sent for processing.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with payment details based on the selected payment method.

Payment should then be completed using the provided details.

 

Shipping

We ship orders 95% of the time via Ukrposhta.
You can also choose a different delivery option; in this case, shipping will be calculated individually after placing your order, before issuing your invoice.
Ukrposhta shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order.
